Family Travel Policy
Child eligibility: A child is defined as a guest who is 6 to 15 years of age inclusive at the time of embarkation. Passengers aged 16 years and over are charged the applicable adult fare.The minimum age to travel on an Aurora Expeditions voyage is 6 years at the time of embarkation.
Parent or legal guardian: All children must travel with a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the voyage. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's supervision, behaviour and compliance with all onboard safety procedures and expedition staff instructions.
Family Savings: Discounts apply to the Best Available Fare (BAF) at the time of booking.

Interconnecting Rooms: Aurora offers one of the highest proportions of interconnecting staterooms in expedition, making it easy for families and friends to explore together without compromising on comfort or privacy. After a day of unforgettable discoveries, reconnect over shared stories, remarkable wildlife encounters and the anticipation of what tomorrow will bring.
Expedition Activities: Aurora Expeditions welcomes young explorers; however, participation in certain expedition activities may be subject to minimum age, safety requirements or expedition conditions. Parents or legal guardians must accompany children during all off-ship activities unless otherwise advised by the Expedition Team. The Captain and Expedition Leader retain absolute discretion regarding participation in activities where safety may be affected by weather, sea conditions, age or physical capability.
