Voyage Memories FAQs
When will my Voyage Memories be available?
Your Voyage Memories will be available 2 weeks after the completion of your voyage
How long is the Voyage Memories content available for download?
Voyage Memories will remain available for you to access and enjoy after your voyage. There is no need to rush to download, as there is currently no set time limit for the content
How do I download the images and files?
Simply visit the Voyage Memories webpage, navigate to your voyage, and select the gallery or content you would like to save. Download options will be displayed alongside the available photos and files.
The photos come in a .zip folder. How do I extract them?
A .zip file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files. Please follow the steps below:
- Windows: Right-click the .zip file and select Extract All.
- Mac: Double-click the .zip file and a new folder containing the images will be created automatically.
- Mobile devices: Most modern devices can open .zip files directly, or you may need to use a file management app.
Once extracted, you'll be able to view and save the individual photos.
Can I share photos from the Voyage Memories on social media?
Absolutely! We love seeing guests share their expedition experiences. You're welcome to post photos from Voyage Memories on your personal social media accounts. If you do, we'd love you to tag @AuroraExpeditions and use any relevant voyage hashtags so we can follow along with your adventures.
Please remember to respect the privacy of fellow guests when sharing images that include other people.
Can I get a photo in higher resolution?
The images available through Voyage Memories are already provided in the highest resolution we make available to guests.
Why can't I find a particular photo from the voyage?
Please note that not every photograph taken during a voyage will appear in the Voyage Memories. Images may be excluded for a variety of reasons, including image quality, their intended use for research or expedition purposes, or privacy considerations.
